Yes, we do! We require 50% of the cost upon placing an order for frames and prescription eyewear, and you have at least 8 weeks to pay the balance. Check out more details in our Payment Policy for more information.


Unfortunately, we don’t honor Insurance Claims at this time.


We’ve got you covered! We have a Frame Measurement Guide to compare the size of your chosen frames to your own measurements. Upload your picture to do a virtual frame fit so you get to see how the frames will look on you!

Plus, we offer a frame fitting service for a fee of $75. The cost is non-refundable; however it will be applied to reduce your cost if a frame is purchased.

Of course! We’ve got both prescription and non-prescription options for all ages and genders. Perfect for those long days in front of the computer.

 Unfortunately, we don’t do eye exams, but you can visit an optometrist to get one and provide us with a copy of the prescription.

With so many options to choose from, it can be overwhelming. But don’t worry, you can choose a frame on our website or from any of our albums on our Facebook or Instagram pages.

If you don’t see something you like, send us a picture or description of what you’re looking for and we’ll send you some personalized options.

Don’t worry, your PD is the distance between the centers of your pupils and it’s important for your prescription.

If you don’t have it, ask your optometrist to include it on your prescription or you can measure it with the help of a friend. Check out our Pupillary Distance Measurement Guide here. If not, contact us  to arrange so we can measure it for you.


Our frames take approximately 3 weeks to be delivered to you. So sit back, relax, and we’ll have your new glasses on the way to you in no time!

Absolutely! We offer a 3-month warranty from the date of collection for manufacturer’s defects. Our frames and lenses are thoroughly inspected for any defects and quality before delivery. If there is an issue, we’ll take care of it for you. See more warranty info here.
